Service Description

First appointment for new clients to determine if they are appropriate for the LEAP Program. When using health insurance, the reimbursement fee per appointment is set by the insurance company. Clients will be responsible for deductibles and co-payment which are expected at time of service. Please email us your health insurance information before your appointment.
